The Last Day Trader is a single-player mobile game. This policy describes what information the game collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any personal information. The game operates entirely on your device.

The game stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Game save state: your current portfolio, cash balance, trader name, and game progress
• App settings: sound and music preferences, text size, colorblind mode
• A flag indicating whether you have accepted this privacy policy

None of this data is transmitted to any server. We have no access to it.

Trader Name

If you enter a trader name during gameplay, that name is stored locally on your device only. It is not sent anywhere and is not visible to anyone other than you.

Third-Party Services

The game does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data is shared with third parties.

Children

The Last Day Trader is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Or at all, since we don't collect any data.

Data Deletion

To delete all locally stored game data, clear the app's storage through your device settings (Settings -> Apps -> The Last Day Trader -> Clear Data), or uninstall the app.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
